Mediatonic reveals the next Fall Guys crossover skin is Sam Porter Bridges from Kojima Productions' Death Stranding. Not having crossed over with any big live service titles yet, Death Stranding being represented in Fall Guys may bode well for further collaborations involving Kojima Productions.Fall Guys continues to evolve through regular updates that add new obstacle courses, features, interactable elements, and bug fixes. Maintaining the momentum from looking outside of Fall Guys for inspiration on cosmetic options for the playable Beans, Mediatonic has secured crossovers with Doom, Godzilla, SpongeBob SquarePants, WWE, and more. Death Stranding's Sam Porter Bridges will be part of the latest seasonal Fame Pass, Fall Guys' version of the battle pass system featured in other live service games. Joining Sam Bridges and his companion BB in the Fame Pass are what Mediatonic calls a "Charming Capybara," a carton of Cow Juice that resembles a standard container of milk, a blue Bean covered in spikes, a happy alligator, and what appears to be a robotic bumblebee. Death Stranding was originally launched as a PlayStation exclusive, but it eventually came to PC and received a crossover with Half-Life. As part of this Half-Life crossover, different items from the popular Valve FPS were made available in Death Stranding like Gordon's glasses, the gravity glove, Strider hologram, and more. While this Half-Life crossover set the precedent for Death Stranding mixing with other games, the Fall Guys one may open the door to Fortnite, Apex Legends, or Call of Duty cosmetics in the future.Because the Death Stranding costume will be introduced to Fall Guys tomorrow, it's currently unclear if Sam Bridges is a tier 1 reward or something that players will have to progress towards.
