A Fallout 4 player has discovered a Star Wars Easter egg depicting one of the game's characters frozen in carbonite. Fallout 4 has countless Easter eggs hidden around its open world, and this may be the smallest Star Wars one.

Since Fallout 4 was released, players have discovered tons of Easter eggs around the open-world Boston commonwealth. Among the Fallout 4 Easter eggs found by the community are a Terminator 2 code in The Institute, Jaws references on various boats, and an Experimental Plant that closely resembles Skyrim's Nirnroot. While the game has been out for many years, gamers continue to discover these details, highlighting how well some of them are hidden. After years of playing, one gamer has found a character frozen in carbonite just like Han Solo was in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back.

Reddit user Sensitive_Underwear recently shared a Fallout 4 clip highlighting their discovery of a Star Wars Easter egg. The player explores a Disciple base in Fizztop Mountain, which is found in Nuka-World, one of the Fallout 4 DLC locations. The video begins with the gamer walking behind a burnt-out fire pit with a Toy Alien on it to discover a small rectangular figure with a bizarre shape in the middle. After using a weapon to zoom in on the item, it becomes obvious that it's a reference to Star Wars' Han Solo when he's frozen in carbonite. The character frozen in the stone tablet resembles Deacon, one of the Railroad faction members. As Deacon can be found in different locations, this distinct character may simply share the same character model.

This Gamer Found a Star Wars Easter Egg in Fallout 4

In Star Wars, Han Solo is frozen in carbonite by Darth Vader to be transported to Jabba the Hutt by Boba Fett. Because no quests explain which character is frozen in the same position, it's unclear what their role in the Nuka-World DLC is. As the recommended level to start the Fallout 4 DLC is 30, low-level players may have to increase their stats before finding this Star Wars Easter egg themselves. Given that it was found in Nuka-World, the object may only be available to DLC owners. Beyond this Star Wars reference, one of Obi-Wan Kenobi's famous lines is paraphrased on the U.S. Covert Operations Manual's cover.

As more players explore Fallout 4, new Easter eggs may continue to be revealed. Bethesda has confirmed that it's developing Fallout 5, which may indicate that there could be more Star Wars Easter eggs in the future release.
