Fallout 76: A Guide To Daily Ops
Daily Ops are a great way to farm XP and collect rare crafting plans. This guide details everything you need to know about Daily Ops in Fallout 76.
It doesn't matter whether it's Decryption or Uplink, players need to work fast to try and complete the Daily Operation in less than 8 minutes. Upon doing so, the player is guaranteed to receive a rare reward from the Daily Ops loot pool. While a lot of the rare rewards aren't anything too special, there are a handful that are worth grinding for.
1 Deep-Space Alien Power Armor Paints
A Unique Power Armor Paint
- Tradable: No
- Number Of Pieces: 5
Obtaining all of the plans to craft the whole paint set will take some time. Since players are limited regarding how many rare rewards they can unlock in a day, unless the player is incredibly lucky, then they will need to be completing Daily Ops every day for a long time before they unlock all of the plans.
The Deep-Space Power Armor Paint has a similar appearance to the Alien Invaders that visit during the Invaders From Beyond event. It's a very unique paint set that stands out when compared to most other Power Armor paints.
2 Sympto-Matic
A Must For Most Players
- Tradable: Yes
- Function: Cures All Diseases
This is one of a few rare Daily Ops rewards that are tradable. This means that players can purchase the plan from other players if they can find a seller. Most veteran players will have received several copies of this plan for completing Daily Ops, so it's not too hard to come by.
Fallout 76: Where to Find Disease Cure
Here's where to find Disease Cure in Fallout 76 to cure yourself of those pesky diseases.
What makes it so good is its ability to remove any and all diseases that the player is suffering from. While it's not the only way to remove diseases, it is by far the easiest. It is something that most players will have stationed at their C.A.M.P. For all to use.
3 Super Reactor
Generate Lots Of Power
- Tradable: Yes
- Function: Produces 100 Power To A Player's C.A.M.P.
There are lots of generators in Fallout 76. Some will generate a small amount of power while others, like the Super Reactor, generate enough energy to power everything in a player's C.A.M.P. Just like the Sympto-Matic, the Super Reactor is a tradable plan, so it is possible to find it being sold by players in their player vendors.
This large Vault-Tek-inspired generator is big, powerful, and has a very unique appearance. It is a must-have item for those keen builders. While it is large, it can sit quite neatly on a rooftop, meaning that it won't get in the way of the player's build.
4 Brotherhood Recon Armor
An Untradable Armor Set
- Tradable: No
- Number Of Pieces: 4
Similar to the Deep-Space Power Armor Paint plans, each part of the Brotherhood Recon Armor set is earned individually. Players will need to complete Daily Ops often to gradually unlock the ability to craft each piece.
While it's not the best armor set in Fallout 76, it is a fairly well-rounded one. With some good legendary effects, a full set of Brotherhood Recon Armor can be very effective at reducing the amount of damage taken from enemy attacks.
5 Intergalactic Handmade Skin
A Space-Themed Rifle Skin
- Tradable: No
- Item: Weapon Skin
It's quite a rare sight to see a player roaming around the wasteland with the Intergalactic Handmade Skin on their Handmade Rifle. This rare Daily Ops reward is an untradable plan that is pretty hard to obtain.
It goes well with the alien backpack mod, and it looks great when used alongside Power Armor with the Deep-Space Paint Skin. Handmade Rifles already have plenty of paint mods that can be purchased or earned. However, none of them are anything quite like the Intergalactic Skin.
6 Skull Lord Blood Eagle Suit & Helmet
A Two-Piece Rare Apparel Set
- Tradable: Yes
- Number Of Items: 2
There are lots of rare apparel items in Fallout 76. From the White Powder Jumpsuit to the Tattered Field Jacket, there are plenty of top-tier apparel items that players can grind for.
Fallout 76: 6 Ways To Boost Your Damage Resistance
If Fallout 76 players want to reduce how much damage they are taking, here are some effective methods.
While the Skull Lord Blood Eagle Suit and Helmet aren't considered top-tier items, they can still fetch a few thousand Caps when sold. This blood-soaked set is one of the more creepy apparel items that players can own. Since the set is made up of two individual pieces, the players will need to either grind Daily Ops regularly or server-hop to find a set being sold by another player.
7 Foundry Smelter
A New Way To Soak Up Rads
- Tradable: Yes
- Function: Increases The Player's Radiation Level When Used
The Foundry Smelter is one of the newer rewards added to the Daily Ops loot pool. While it is tradable, be prepared to spend a fair few thousand Caps to get hold of a plan to craft this item as it is a very popular plan. Players have been known to spend upwards of 20k Caps in exchange for this plan. That said, provided the player is willing to server hop, it isn't that uncommon to find the plan being sold in a player's vendor for under 5k Caps.
Bloodied players intentionally keep their health low to increase their damage output. Players do this by increasing their radiation levels by consuming various foods and drinks, using a Gamma Gun, and interacting with certain C.A.M.P. Items.
Up until the Foundry Smelter was introduced to the game, the C.A.M.P. Items that radiated players weren't very efficient. But now, bloodied players can increase their radiation levels quickly thanks to the Foundry Smelter.
