Though many players in Fallout 76 are used to the standard colors that come with their weapons and Power Armor, you'll actually be given the chance to change this if you want. To do this, you will usually need to find plans in the overworld that you can craft, and then apply it to your items to change their appearance.

How to Get Brotherhood of Steel Minigun Paint in Fallout 76
If you want to add the Brotherhood of Steel Minigun Pain plan to your inventory, there is only one source you can get it from. You'll need to visit Minerva, who is a Gold Bullion vendor who often travels to new locations. However, she switches through the same four locations, including:
- The Whitespring Resort
- Fort Atlas
- Foundation
- The Crater
Currently, she is located at Fort Atlas, which can be found southwest of Sylvie & Sons Logging Camp. When you arrive here, Minerva can be found near the exterior of the fort. As you exit, immediately take a left, and she will be in a small blue tent near a broken-down truck. You can approach her and choose 'Trade', where you can purchase the Brotherhood of Steel Minigun Paint plan for 1,000 Gold Bullion. If you're unsure how to get Gold Bullion, you can:
- Complete Daily Settler or Raider Quests and Public Events, where you'll get Treasury Notes in return for exchange at Gold Press Machines
- Complete Secrets Revealed quest
- Purchase from Smiley at The Wayward (Costs 1,000 Caps for 50 Gold Bullion)
If you have some Treasury Notes on hand, you can find Gold Press Machines at just about any location near to where Minerva is located. This includes The Crater, Foundation, and The Whitespring Resort.

How to Craft Brotherhood of Steel Minigun Paint in Fallout 76
When crafting any paint jobs for the Brotherhood of Steel style, you will need the following items to do so:
- Oil x1
- Plastic x2
- Steel x2
For these items, you can easily get them by scrapping junk items. Some of the best places to search through for junk items include Silva Homestead, found north of Camp Adams, and Morgantown High School, found west of The Rose Room. Once you've picked up some items, you can return to any workbench and scrap the junk there to get some oil, plastic, and steel.
