7 Best Ways To Farm Gold Bullion In Fallout 76

Players on the hunt for Gold Bullion in Fallout 76 may want to use the following methods to amass some quickly.

Thankfully, this guide offers players several hotspots where they can get loads of Salt for their cooking recipes, including a detailed guide on how to farm it, and how to cycle between farming spots. So, let's take a look at where to get more Salt in Fallout 76.

Where To Get Salt In Fallout 76

Where to get Salt Fallout 76

Salt can be obtained (alongside Spices, Sugar, and Pepper) in most food hotspots in the game, meaning: abandoned pre-war restaurants, food factories, bandit camps, barbeques, and cooking spots. The resource is basically a small glass Salt Shaker that will be sitting in tables, shelves, and sometimes inside fridges and other food storage. But that's in the rare cases, since it is often sitting in plain sight. To farm Salt efficiently in Fallout 76, players should know the principal spawning spots for salt in Appalachia, so that they can create a good farming route and get tons of this resource.

Salt is required for the Gone Fission quest to craft Grilled Fish, so players might need lots of this precious resource before the season is over.

Best Salt Farming Spots in Fallout 76

Here's the optimal farming route to get more Salt in Fallout 76. Players should keep in mind that if they are playing in online mode (coop) they will have to share the spawn spots and other players might be farming them, so if they find themselves missing some Salt spawns, they should reload the game to switch servers and move fast to get all the spots before someone else does. Follow this route to get between 10 to 15 Salt per run:

  1. Starting from Berkeley Springs, players can travel to Bloody Frank's, a Blood Eagle camp with a restaurant that often has 5 to 6 Salt spawn between the kitchen, tables, and shelves. Be careful of the bandits and Bloody Frank himself, who will try to kill players on the spot.
  2. Close to that place, there's a small kitchen cottage called Toxic Larry's Meat'n Go, a place invaded by Snallygasters and other irradiated creatures. There are between 4 to 6 Salt spawns, but they're often mixed with Spices and Sugar, so it's a question of luck to find all the spots covered by Salt in this PoI. Don't forget to check below the grill for an extra (easily missable) Salt spawn.
  3. Players can then try their luck at Mama Dolce's Food Processing, located on the outskirts of Morgantown, across the River. This food factory has 3 Salt spawns (2 in the bottom level and one in the catwalk above the locked room).
  4. The next best spot is Helvetia, which has several food supply spots, including the Cheese Haus and Freya's Hause Restauran t. Players should also visit the Honey Haus for some extra Salt spawns located on the shelves.

Finally, it is important to mention that Salt can be bought from certain vendors and even from other players. Other interesting spots to get salt include the Whitespring Golf Club (outside the Whitespring command center), then another good spot is on Bolton Greens (southwest of Monogha Power Plant).
