How to Get Slocum Joe's Power Armor Paint in Fallout 76
In Fallout 76, there is only one way to get the plan for Slocum Joe's Power Armor Paint. This is through visiting Minerva, a traveling Gold Bullion vendor. She often changes locations, but she can usually be found in one of the following locations:
- Foundation
- The Crater
- The Whitespring Resort
- Fort Atlas
Currently, she can be found at Fort Atlas towards the exterior. If you head outside and turn left, you'll find her next to a broken-down truck and inside a small blue tent. Approach her and choose 'Trade,' and she will have the Slocum Joe's Power Armor Paint plan for 1500 Gold Bullion.

- Settler and Raider Daily Quests or Public Events (Found on the map under World Activity)
- Purchased from Smiley at The Wayward (Costs 1,000 Caps for 50 Gold Bullion)
- Can be obtained after completing the Secrets Revealed quest
After completing a Daily Quest or Public Event, you'll receive Treasury Notes in return. For these, you'll want to visit a Gold Press Machine to get some Gold Bullion. These can be found in a few different locations, including:
- Foundation
- The Crater
- The Whitespring Resort
Wherever Minerva is located, you'll be able to find a Gold Press Machine somewhere nearby, so you can quickly exchange your Treasury Notes to be able to purchase from her. As long as you continue to complete events and daily quests, you should be able to easily get some Gold Bullion to pick up Slocum Joe's Power Armor Paint.
