Lesser Devils are an uncommon enemy in Fallout 76, and can only be found in the expedition location of Atlantic City. They are related to the Jersey Devil, a folk tale legend turned true in the Sins of the Father quest, requiring you to take the beast down. Alongside the Jersey Devil, you can find Lesser Devils hanging around the city outskirts.
If you're still struggling to find some Lesser Devil enemies in the city, we will show you a few locations where the small beasts can be found. They frequently appear in quests in the area, but can also be found freely traversing through the streets.

Where to Find Lesser Devils in Fallout 76
Although Lesser Devils will more often be found in the middle of a quest in Atlantic City, they can also be found while traversing through the city. We will show you a few spots you can find them in the city, including within the Flooded City Center and the Casino Quarter.
Tax Evasion Quest
To find the Tax Evasion quest, you'll want to head to Quentino's in Atlantic City. You'll get a message from Billy Beltbuckles the first time you make an expedition to Atlantic City, and then you'll just want to meet him at Quentino's Night Club in the Casino Quarter. However, before meeting up with him, you can also find some Lesser Devils in the city. We were able to find a few on the upper levels, just above Quentino's sign. There will be a few here, and they will continue to appear before you finish the Tax Evasion quest.
The Human Condition Quest
To start this quest, you can begin an expedition specifically to the Flooded City Center in Atlantic City. You'll be able to start the expedition mission, The Human Condition. With this quest enabled, you'll be able to search through the area and find some Lesser Devils wandering freely. Specifically, we found some near the Fontina d'Aosta building, with the broken statue in the middle of the area. There will be two around here.

Lesser Devil Drops in Fallout 76
Not only will you be able to complete a daily challenge by defeating a Lesser Devil, you will also get a few different drops from them. When looting a Lesser Devil, here's what you can get:

- Stimpak
You have a chance to get many different types of ammo, as well as a few healing items like Stimpaks. Overall, Lesser Devils will be the most useful for completing daily and weekly challenges, which will usually only expect you to defeat one of them.
