There are only three places that the Red Asylum Worker Uniform will spawn in Fallout 76. Luckily, these spawn locations are all on the third floor of Fort Defiance. Since there are so many colored variants of the outfit, you should learn how to search for the item across multiple servers to increase your chances of finding it.
- Go to Fort Defiance.
- Take the elevator to the third floor.
- Check the bottom bed against the back wall in the room across from the elevator.
- Go to the end of the hallway and enter the room on your right. Then, check the bottom bed of the second bunk bed from the door.
- Go across the hallway to the bathrooms, take a left, and look for a wooden bench in the shower room.
- If it isn't there, start a Daily Ops.
- Once inside, take a few steps and then exit to the Main Menu screen.
- Hit the Play button and join another server.
- Repeat the above process.
