What Is Dweller Must Die in Fallout 76?
Once you have gained access to Dweller Must Die in Fallout 76, you might be wondering what exactly is different about it from the other main modes in the game.
The main difference for the Dweller Must Die world is as follows:
- Weather: Dark Bog
- Difficulty: Nuclear
- Equipment Durability: Strong
- Damage Dealt: High
Basically, Dweller Must Die takes the regular Adventure Mode and multiplies its difficulty by a lot. You will have increased damage taken from enemy attacks, and the damage you deal to enemies will be greatly reduced. The weather will also be in a constant state of Dark Bog, which is a foggy atmosphere that looks like it is always nighttime. You will definitely want to make sure you increase your damage resistance in this world.
The good thing about this mode, however, is that your Equipment has much better durability, so you won't have to constantly repair your weapons when up against some of the most difficult enemies. Taking on Dweller Must Die mode is great for those who are looking for a tougher challenge than the regular Adventure Mode, but if you already struggle with this, you might find Dweller Must Die too tough.
