You can find Disease Cures by just exploring Appalachia, but this is one of the most unreliable ways to obtain it, especially when you need it the most. Instead, there are a few locations where you can reliably find or buy them in-game:
- Nuka World on Tour: You can stock up on Disease Cure and Antibiotics by buying them from Doctor Del Walsh. He will only sell you one Disease Cure at a time, but if you need more, you can server hop and amass as many as you need.
- Vault 94: You can find a couple of Disease Cures here, though it is filled with Mirelurk enemies and requires a bit of walking to get inside Vault 94.
- Sympto-Matic: For those seeking a more permanent solution, consider Sympto-Matic. This camp item, once built, will cure you of all diseases, regardless of their origin. Obtaining the plan from Minerva for 2000 gold bullion may require some effort, but its potential for your health is worth the investment.
