Bethesda has confirmed that the Fallout Day broadcast for 2025 will take place on October 23, promising fans fresh announcements for existing Fallout games. While no new entries in the Fallout franchise are expected to be revealed on this date, fans will instead get the chance to know what’s coming for existing games.

Fallout is one of the most beloved franchises in the gaming sphere, and it has only become more popular recently. The last mainline entry in the series, Fallout 4, was released in 2015, but the online spin-off Fallout 76 followed in 2018, slowly improving its reputation with players. Additionally, the recent Fallout TV show was a huge hit, boosting the player count of multiple games in the franchise.

Fallout Day 2025 Broadcast Date and Time

  • October 23 at 1 PM ET

Now, Bethesda has confirmed that the annual Fallout Day Broadcast will be held on October 23 at 1 PM ET. The broadcast will be followed by the Fallout for Hope post-show, and both can be watched via Twitch or YouTube. According to Bethesda, the show will have “the latest news about our existing Fallout games,” as well as information about community celebrations and fan events. Unfortunately, the emphasis on “existing” games pretty much rules out any news about Fallout 5. Earlier this year, it was revealed that Microsoft fully greenlit Fallout 5, so the title will likely not be ready to release for years.

What fans will probably see in the upcoming broadcast is more news regarding Fallout 76 updates. Fallout 76 has received many hefty patches over the years, and there’s already another one scheduled for December 2025, making it probable that Fallout 76’s Burning Springs will be featured in the upcoming Fallout Day broadcast. The free expansion will add more weapons, quests, a new Bounty system, and a new area in Ohio. One of the main highlights of Burning Springs will be the presence of Walton Goggins’ The Ghoul, one of the protagonists of the popular TV show, which will be found in the new area.

Unfortunately, the chances of fans getting more information about the rumored Fallout 3 remaster during the event are not high, due to the focus on existing games. Previous leaks have indicated the existence of a Fallout 3 remaster, and there’s speculation about when it may come out, but not much more about it has been reported recently. In any case, the annual Fallout Day Broadcast will be a good time for fans to catch up with the franchise and discover what exciting developments are around the corner.
