Fallout is one of Bethesda's biggest franchises, and with the release of the new Fallout show from Amazon, the franchise has become even bigger than before. The show has brought new fans to the series and encouraged Bethesda to come up with different ways to celebrate this milestone.

To celebrate the series and its expansion into the TV world, Fallout Shelter (a simulation spin-off of the series) is doing an event where some of the characters from the TV show are available as Dwellers. Who Is Maximus in Fallout?

Maximus is one of the main protagonists of the Fallout TV show. He is a Squire from the Brotherhood of Steel and has been sent on a mission by the Brotherhood to take out a member of an Enclave that is messing with them. Maximus takes off with his assigned Knight to complete their mission for the Brotherhood, but things take a turn when Maximus obtains his Knight's Power Armor and pretends to be the Knight. He soon teams up with Lucy, a Vault Dweller looking for her father, and The Ghoul, a bounty hunter who has been mutated into a Ghoul.

How To Get Maximus As A Vault Dweller

Fallout Shelter - My Brothers' Keeper Quest

Maximus is pretty easy to obtain as a Vault Dweller, especially considering you will need to recruit both Lucy and The Ghoul before you can unlock him. This means that players will need to complete two different quests before they can get to the quest that allows them to finally get Maximus. Here's a list of those quests:

  1. A Pier Into The Future
  2. Ghoul in Black

Once these two quests are completed, the player will unlock the quest "My Brothers' Keeper". For this quest, they will need to send Lucy along with two other Vault Dwellers who are at least level 10 to investigate an area out in the Wasteland. Once there, the group will come across Maximus, who will mention that he needs somewhere to stay, and then he can be invited back to the Vault with the group.
