After Leo's victory over Vam, the second part of Fantasian Neo Dimension unfolds. Quite a few main story and side quests are available, but others have a few prerequisites. To begin these side quests tied to Tan, players must Fast Travel to Falcion Bypath and complete the "Tan, the Solitary" main quest, unlocking Tan as a playable character. This also opens up the side quests to find missing cats and dogs linked to him.

Calling All Cat Fish! Side Quest Walkthrough
To start this quest, you must fast travel to the Captain's Room and head to Uzra - Bow Walkway, where you will find a few cats near the staircase going up. Approach them to trigger a cutscene with Tan, who will ask you to find stray cats and bring them back to Uzra. Upon finding all the cats, Tan will reward you with a Cat's Eye (Jewel). Calling All Sea Dogs! Side Quest Walkthrough
This JRPG side quest starts at the same location as the previous quest but near the staircase going down. Approach the dog to initiate a cutscene and start the quest. Completing this quest rewards you with the Lantern of Prayer (a weapon for Tan). The table below shows the locations of all the dogs in the three major cities:
