November turned out to be a huge month for Fate fans. During the anniversary celebration, fans got the opportunity to see some of the biggest names that have been associated with the Fate franchise for years.

One of the biggest announcements during this event was related to the Fate/strange Fake anime series. It was finally confirmed that the first episode of the anime will debut on December 31, 2024. A new trailer for the anime was also released that confirmed the premiere date and the name of the episode. The first episode is titled "Heroic Spirit Incident."

Fate/strange Fake Will Debut In December 2024

It has been confirmed that the staff that worked on the Whispers of the Dawn movie will be returning to work on the anime series.

Fate Franchise Is One Of The Biggest In The World

Fate/strange Fake is based on the light novel of the same novel written by Ryogo Narita and illustrated by Morii Shizuki. In 2022, Fate/strange Fake: Whispers of Dawn was announced. The movie was originally supposed to be released on December 31, 2022, but had to be delayed due to production-related issues. Fate/strange Fake: Whispers of Dawn was ultimately released on July 2, 2023.

The anime series was announced during the Anime Expo 2023. Fate/strange Fake's first episode was broadcast at the 20th anniversary event, but the worldwide release will occur on December 31, 2024.

Fake/strange Fake is set around the time of a Grail War that was copied from the Third Holy Grail War. Following the war's conclusion, a United States organization took data from the Fuyuki Grail War. Eventually, they use Snowfield as the Sacred Land for their own ritual. However, their failure to copy every single aspect leads to the summoning of strange Servants.
