My White-Haired Angel is one of the two side quests that can be found in the Nibel Region. This particular side quest won't become available until after you have located the terminal and fought Vincent Valentine as part of Chapter 11.

How To Start My White-Haired Angel In Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
To begin this side quest, players need to go to the Community Noticeboard and accept the job. The listing is posted by the head chef, who is inside what used to be Cloud's home. Go inside to talk to her, and she will express her concern about a cat disappearing. The chef will also give you cat food, which is a key item for this quest.
Where To Find The Cat In Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
Following the conversation, a marker will appear on the map, which is where players will have to go. On the way to Mt. Nibel, Tifa will talk about her cat, Fluffy. Shortly afterward, players will hear a cat meowing. Chase the cat until you reach her nest.
Ultimately, Cloud and Tifa will recognize that the cat is Fluffy. They will learn that she has given birth to a litter of kittens and is running low on energy. So, the heroes will hand over the cat food. Before the reunion is complete, the kittens run away because of the fiends. Defeat the enemies and help Fluffy find her kittens. Players will have to engage in several fights, but they aren't too difficult. Once Fluffy and her kittens are reunited, it's time to lead them back to the village.
Don't stray too far from the cats. Walk at a normal pace so that Fluffy and her kittens don't get lost.
As players get closer to the village, Fluffy and her kittens will run inside a building. Go in, make a right, and head up the stairs.
Playing The Piano
The final part of My White-Haired Angel requires players to pick up Aerith's Theme piano sheet and play it on the piano. You have the chance to practice it a few times before playing in front of an audience. Getting a high score is not important, so just do your best. Once the performance is over, there will be a cutscene.
