Some players have impressed in the first half of the season, which has seen their base ratings and overall potential in FIFA 23 increase. Others have flattered to deceive though, and this has in turn led to the statisticians at EA revising their earlier predictions. As a result, the list of FIFA 23 players with 90+ potential has changed quite a bit. Players like Joao Felix and Federico Chiesa no longer feature, while Arsenal starlet Bukayo Saka just creeps in after seeing his potential rise to 90 in the December update. A lot of the players with potential just below 90 have changed too, so those looking for FIFA 23 career mode wonderkids may want to take note.
