In the Dawntrail expansion of Final Fantasy 14, there are new role quests available for each different role in the game, including Physical DPS, Magical Ranged DPS, and even Tank. With each role, there will be a series of quests that must be completed, usually seven, and they can only be unlocked after meeting certain requirements.

How to Unlock Tank Role Quests in FF14: Dawntrail
In order to start unlocking all the Tank Role Quests available in Final Fantasy 14: Dawntrail, you will need to begin by reaching level 90 in a Tank Job Class. This includes:
If you didn't initially choose a Tank role, you can unlock it later in the game, so no need to worry if you started out with a Physical DPS character instead. After you've reached level 90 in this class, you will then need to complete the quest, 'The Feat of Pots'. This is a Main Scenario Quest that is obtained at level 92, and will come after you complete the quest, 'Lending a Helphand'. The quest can be obtained from Koana in Kozama'uka.
After completing 'The Feat of Pots', you will then need to complete 'Uncouth Customers', a side quest found in Tuliyollal, and given by Br-uk Evu. He can be found at the coordinates X:12.4, Y:14.5. Once you've wrapped this up, you'll officially be able to accept your first Tank Role Quest, 'The Narwhal Beckons'.
How to Complete The Narwhal Beckons in FF14: Dawntrail
To begin The Narwhal Beckons, you will want to head to Tuliyollal and talk to Loazenikwe, who can be found at the coordinates X:12.9, Y:15.0. After you've talked with her, you will then need to teleport to the Foundation, a location in Ishgard where you will need to talk to Gibrillont. You can find him at the coordinates X:13.0, Y:11.8.
Next, head to the Jeweled Crozier and search for Tentoawa. You can find the Jeweled Crozier at The Pillars, and you'll find Tentoawa standing outside with blue hair, talking to locals. Approach him, and after speaking with him, you will now need to find Firmalbert. You can find him at the Congregation of Our Knights Most Heavenly, located near Saint Valeroyant's Forum at the Foundation. You can find him outside the building.
Finally, after talking with Firmalbert, return to Tentoawa to wrap up the quest. He can be found in the same location as before, just outside the Jeweled Crozier. You will officially complete the quest after meeting with him, and then you can immediately unlock the next quest, 'Sleepless in Ishgard', by approaching him again.

How to Complete Sleepless in Ishgard in FF14: Dawntrail
After talking with Tentoawa again, you'll officially begin 'Sleepless in Ishgard'. Now, you will want to meet with Eugennoix at Camp Dragonhead, located south of Providence Point in The Coerthas Central Highlands. After talking with him, start by heading south so you can meet up with Tentoawa again. You can find him west of the Observatorium, and he will then ask for your help in defeating some ravenous silver wolves down the road.
This should be an easy battle to complete, and afterward, approach the House Fortemps Knight by the carriage and give them some help. A cutscene will play, and then you can return to Ishgard at the Foundation and talk with Firmalbert. He will be in the same spot that you found him in the previous quest. Finally, return to Tentoawa once more, found outside the Jeweled Crozier. The quest will wrap up, and you can talk to him again if you'd like to begin the next quest.
How to Complete Between Sleep and Death in FF14: Dawntrail
To get started on the next quest, Between Sleep and Death, return to Tentoawa again outside the Jeweled Crozier. After a lengthy cutscene with him, you will want to head to the Falcon's Nest in the southern region of The Coerthas Western Highlands. Eventually, you will find Redwald in the area in front of a tent, who you will want to talk to.
Afterward, head north from here, where you'll meet Tentoawa outside in front of a house at Gorgagne Mills just past the Black Iron Bridge. Talk to him, and then head inside the house and go to the bottom floor. Down here, defeat the enemies inside the purple circle. After the battle, approach the House Duerndaire Scout on the ground and give them some aid. Another cutscene will play, and you'll then be taken outside to defeat some more enemies. Upon finally defeating the last set of enemies, approach Tentoawa on the ground and give him some aid.
Now, all you need to do is return to Firmalbert in Ishgard at the Foundation. He will be in front of the same building as always, and talking with him will wrap up the quest officially.

How to Complete Beacon in the Darkness in FF14: Dawntrail
To start Beacon in the Darkness, the next quest in the Tank Role questline, talk to Firmalbert again in front of the Foundation. After talking with him, you will need to make your way to the Four Arms and get yourself 2 sun-drenched dandelions. You can find them near the Zenith in The Churning Mists. They will be on the ground with sparkles above them to grab your attention.
Next, you will need to teleport to Idyllshire to survey the area and find the Great Putrid Morbol. The enemy can be found to the south of here, heading into The Answering Quarter. Approach the glowing purple spot on the ground that says 'Destination', and the enemy will appear for you to defeat. After completing the battle, you will want to return to Loazenikwe at the Foundation in Ishgard to hand over the saliva and sun-drenched dandelions. She can be found in the Congregation of Our Knights Most Heavenly on the second floor.
You will then return outside near the Jeweled Crozier, and you can speak with Tentoawa here. At the conclusion of the conversation, the quest will wrap up, and you can move on to the next.
How to Complete Awakened, Not Stirred in FF14: Dawntrail
Speak to Tentoawa again to begin Awakened, Not Stirred. After you've accepted the quest, you will need to speak with the Temple Knights with Tentoawa. You can find them southwest from where you met with Tentoawa near the Jeweled Crozier. They will be labeled on your map with an arrow pointing right and a plus sign underneath. Make sure to speak to all three in the area, and then head inside the Congregation of Our Knights Most Heavenly, and speak with Handeloup on the bottom floor.
Finally, after speaking with Handeloup, head back outside the building, and go to the usual location where you can find Tentoawa outside the Jeweled Crozier. Speak with him to wrap up the quest officially.
How to Complete Dreams of a New Day in FF14: Dawntrail
To complete the final Tank Role Quest in Dawntrail, approach Tentoawa again and talk with him to get started. After the cutscene, you will need to speak with Sonu Vanu in Ok' Zundu, which can be found within the region of Abalathia's Spine, The Sea of Clouds. When you arrive here, head up the steps to reach the top floor of the town, and speak to Sonu Vanu there.
After talking with him, approach Tentoawa, and you will then begin a battle for Dreams of a New Day. In this battle, you will work alongside Tentoawa, Loazenikwe, and some Zundu Warriors to take down Leophyne, and the enemies she brings along with her, including some Unbound Raiders. Once you defeat her first set of enemies, which should be pretty simple, you will be able to battle her directly.
She will use attacks that have a wide range, but they will be labeled on the ground, so they should be easy to avoid. If you can't get away in time, you can also use defensive abilities to protect yourself. Then, another set of enemies will appear that you need to finish off before being able to battle her again. Make sure to pay attention to the patterns on the ground to avoid her attacks, and utilize healing and defense to stay alive.
After you've finally beaten her, a cutscene will occur, and you will then need to speak with Tentoawa. Finally, return to Ishgard and speak with Handeloup, who can be found at the Foundation inside the Congregation of Our Knights Most Heavenly. Then, speak with Loazenikwe in Tuliyollal, found in Yok Tural. She can be located south of Bayside Bevy Marketplace, where she and Tentoawa will thank you for helping their people in Ishgard.
