Final Fantasy 14 adds a variety of new content with each expansion, and also leads players through a new journey of leveling up until the new level cap. For players who dedicate themselves to several of the unlockable jobs, this means a lot of time invested in activities like completing Wondrous Tails, dungeons, raids, trials, duty roulette, or leveling up through FATEs and other similar content. Those are the options for the combat jobs, however, with gatherers and crafters having a different path ahead of them.
This is where the leves come in. At this point, players who have dedicated themselves to being Disciples of the Hand or Land are familiar with levequests and how crucial they are to level up fast. Dawntrail didn't change that, which means unlocking the leves of Tuliyollal will be a priority - but one the player won't have access to immediately. Here we will explain what exactly is necessary for the leves of Tuliyollal to be available in Final Fantasy 14!

Where To Unlock Dawntrail Leves In FF14
There are some requirements players must meet before the levequests added to the game in Dawntrail will be available. The first is relative to the Main Scenario Quests of the expansion, as it will be necessary to progress in the story until the level 90 quest "The Rite of Succession" is completed.
This is not the only content that will be available after completing the MSQ "The Rite of Succession". Players interested in unlocking minions will have the opportunity to acquire the Cornservant after this quest, while other activities, such as Dawntrail's Sightseeing Log and The Dawn Hunt, added this expansion, also require that this quest be completed first.
The second requirement to access the leves of Tuliyollal is to have at least one crafter or gatherer job at level 90. Finally, players will have to have unlocked the leves of Old Sharlayan before they can access those added to the game in Dawntrail. In case it isn't unlocked already, all the player must do is have a gatherer or crafter job at least at level 80, then go to Old Sharlayan and speak with Grigge (X: 12.2, Y: 13.4). There are no steps to the quest, so talking to him will already unlock the leves of Old Sharlayan.
Once the player meets every requirement, they need to head to Tuliyollal. The NPC with the leves of Tuliyollal quest is called Malihali (X: 13.7, Y: 12.7), a Hanuhanu that can be found in a market stall in Bayside Bevy. Much like with the leves of Old Sharlayan, there will be no steps to completing the quest, as merely speaking to the NPC to pick it up will lead to it being completed.
After that, players can pick up wingleves, as the leves of Tuliyollal are called, whenever they wish, by interacting with Malihali again. Fieldcraft and tradecraft will be available according to the jobs the player has leveled up. Much like every other expansion after Heavensward, Dawntrail doesn't have battlecraft leves.
