The 7.25 update brought players to the Occult Crescent field operation zone, which was one of Dawntrail' s most anticipated features of the expansion. Drawing inspiration from Final Fantasy 14's War of the Magi and the classic Final Fantasy 5, the Occult Crescent allows players to level up Phantom Jobs and explore an open area.
