You can start Side Mission 093 in Pokemon Legends: Z-A once you get closer to A Rank in the A-Z Royale. You'll find an NPC named Trale who wants you to find the perfect spot for his dream apartment in Lumiose City. He's sitting in front of Cafe Soleil in Blue Sector 9. Speaking to him will kick off the 'Finding a Place for Heliolisk' mission.
However, there are a couple of prerequisites from Trale that are totally reasonable. He wants a place in front of Prism Tower, along the canal, with rooftop access for his 
Heliolisk that has tables and umbrellas, and not too far from a café or Pokemon Center. Sounds easy enough. We'll show you how to get to the spot of his dreams so you can claim a nice reward in Pokemon Legends Z-A.

Finding a Place for Heliolisk in Pokemon Legends Z-A
Side Mission 093
The rooftop that Trale is looking for happens to be in the Magenta Sector (a bit west of Wild Zone 20/Lumiose Tower). To get to it, you can either fast travel to the Magenta Plaza Pokemon Center or the nearby Cafe Gallant.
From the Pokemon Center, take the street heading east and then turn right when you see an alley. There's a ladder on the left wall in that alley that will lead you to the place for Heliolisk.
From the Cafe, immediately turn right, then left at the first alley (and ladder). A cutscene will start as soon as you get to the top of the ladder, so you don't need to worry about finding a specific object.
As a reward for completing Trale's side mission in Pokemon Legends Z-A, you will get 4000 Poke Dollars, 1 Sun Stone, and 2 EXP Candies. You can actually use a Sun Stone to evolve Helioptile into Heliolisk!
