On your first playthrough, you can get two possible endings, with the third one being exclusive to the New Game+. So, here are all the endings for FNAF: Secret of the Mimic and instructions on how to get them.

Bad Ending (Hand Over the Data Diver to the Dispatcher)

The first ending is the default one you get for following the orders of the Dispatcher in FNAF: Secret of the Mimic. Since the beginning, the Dispatcher has been instructing Arnold to explore all areas of the facility to find upgrades for the Data Diver to eventually have the Executive permission. This permission will enable him to access the Mimic Schematics, which Arnold must retrieve for the company.

Towards the end of the game, players will get a choice to either hand over the Data Diver containing the schematics to the Dispatcher, or run the Parachute.exe program instead. Choosing to hand over the Data Diver would allow Arnold to escape the facility and drive off into the sunset, right before finding out that he's been outsmarted.

True Ending (Run the Parachute.exe Program)

Alternatively, if players refuse to comply with the Dispatcher and instead run the Parachute.exe program on the Helper terminal, Arnold will be able to escape the Storage office through a secret vent.

This ending route will take players through the facility and into the FNAF 1 iconic pizzeria location, where they'll receive a crucial revelation. Afterward, you'll be visiting Murray's Mansion. Here, players will need to find five birthday reels/tapes and play them in a particular order to get the code for Edwin's Room.

After causing the facility to self-destruct, Arnold will escape the collapsing building and drive off, leading to the true fate of Arnold and the Mimic.

Secret Ending (Get the Glitched Permission from Moon.exe Mini-Game)

The secret ending for FNAF: Secret of the Mimic requires a bit more work, as players will need to find all 25 giftbox memorabilia collectibles. On the first playthrough, you can find the first 24, while the last collectible can only be found in the New Game+ mode.

Once you have all the collectibles, you'll need to complete the Moon.exe mini-game and get the Glitched Permission from the Sun. Once you have that, follow the instructions of the true ending until you arrive at Murray's Mansion. However, instead of finding reels, you'll need to collect six cassettes, found behind locked doors with an array of LEDs.

Once you've placed all the tapes in the recorder room upstairs, a hidden vent to the left of the recorders will open up, allowing players to progress into a secret room within the mansion. There's a final puzzle in this room that you'll have to complete, the hint to which can be found on the wall to the right of the storytime pedestal.
