An unofficial roadmap detailing Fortnite’s content updates for the rest of 2024 has surfaced online, and a prominent leaker believes it could be real. This possible roadmap indicates that Fortnite may have a new Marvel season, a Pirates of the Caribbean collaboration, and more later in 2024, but it’s unknown whether it’s a real leak or a fake image.
Originally released in 2017, Fortnite eventually became one of the biggest hits in modern gaming, and it sustains this popularity with frequent updates. At the moment, Fortnite is currently in Chapter 5 Season 2, but some fans are already wondering about future seasons.
Now, the famous leaker Shiina shared a potentially leaked 2024 roadmap for Fortnite. The roadmap of the popular Battle Royale game features images of alleged content for Fortnite Battle Royale, LEGO Fortnite, Fortnite Festival, and Rocket Racing, spanning from March to December 2024. Among the highlights of the allegedly upcoming content, there’s a new Marvel Season that will come out in August, an Apocalypse Season coming in May, the reveal of Fortnite OG: Chapter 2, and collaborations with Pirates of the Caribbean, as well as artists such as Billie Eilish, Metallica, Karol G, and Snoop Dogg.

It’s important to take this latest Fortnite rumor with a grain of salt, though. While Shiina is a pretty trustworthy leaker among Fortnite fans, they are not entirely sure that this roadmap is legitimate. According to them, they spent over two hours researching to understand more about the possible leak, but it was impossible to either confirm or debunk it.
This is not the only new Fortnite rumor to surface recently, though. Last week, another prominent leaker called HYPEX indicated that Epic Games is adding a picture-in-picture mode to Fortnite. By using this new feature, gamers would be able to link their accounts to other platforms and watch videos while playing.
The new picture-in-picture feature and the 2024 roadmap have yet to be confirmed, but Fortnite has officially confirmed a major collaboration recently. Fortnite traditionally has annual Star Wars collaborations in May, and the game has recently confirmed that a new Star Wars event will be starting in Fortnite on May 3. The event’s content is still unconfirmed, but some leaks suggest that a Leia skin may be added and that Lightsabers and Force abilities that were seen in a previous Star Wars event may also return.
