Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3 throws players into one of the most action-packed seasons yet, taking players to a superhero-themed map sporting various locations to dive into. How To Open Locked Rooms In Academy Tech Labs In Fortnite

The Academy Tech Labs are essentially Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3's spin on Black Markets, only this time having a requirement to access them. The Tech Labs house various locked rooms which require players to increase their Hero Rank, either by gaining eliminations, surviving storm circles, and more, in order to unlock them.

The required rank for each room will be showcased on each room's door, and once opened, players will find guaranteed Hero Caches, Academy Stands for Hero Items, along with various items to purchase for Gold Bars.

All Academy Tech Lab (Bunker) Locations

For players aiming to visit an Academy Tech Lab in different matches, the bunker-style Academy Tech Labs are likely the best option. These Labs are located at several fixed spots around the map. However, only four Labs will be active per match, and their locations will be marked on the map as soon as players board the Battle Bus, making them easy to track down.

There are no prerequisites required to enter the Academy Tech Labs, as each one is open from the start of the match. Inside the first room, players will find several Hero Caches, items available for purchase, and a permanent Rift that can be used to quickly travel out of the lab if needed. Each lab also contains a locked room, which can only be accessed by players with an A-level Hero Rank. Here is a quick breakdown of what can be found in each one:
