The Unstable Bounce Grenade might look special, and it certainly feels special to watch bounce, but the result is disappointing. The Unstable Bounce Grenade will bounce on the ground 3 times once thrown, and the randomness of its bounce and the trajectory will frustrate players, especially if they've lined up a pretty solid throw. Each bounce of the grenade deals 40 damage, but the bounce has a wild and random position, meaning players might end up seeing themselves hit by their own weapon. After the 3 bounces, the grenade will explode, but the damage and vicinity of the explosions are very small, so this is a weapon that's probably best avoided and worth letting go for something with a bit more kick, especially with a low damage output of 40.
Unstable Yoink Shotgun

The Yoink Shotgun is fairly okay as far as shotguns go, but where it really falls off is in both its damage range, ammo capacity, and special ability. The Yoink Shotgun will pull enemies towards the player, but that pull effect can be random, and sometimes leave players confused as to where their target is, all while their target gets the advantage by being behind the player. On top of the confusing special effect, players are also going to barely scratch their enemies, as this shotgun only has 2 bullets in its capacity, with a headshot barely doing enough damage to knock a player who has full Health and Shield.
Unstable Voltage Burst Pistol

Teh Unstable Voltage Burst Pistol is a fun and frenzied weapon that will reward players with good accuracy thanks to its incredibly high rate of fire and decent damage. Unfortunately, the Unstable Voltage Pistol has limited ammo capacity, which means that players must make every shot count. Where the Voltage Burst Pistol shines (outside of the fire rate) is in its ability to create Shockwaves on direct hits. The Voltage Burst Pistol can send enemies away, and even send players away if they shoot their own feet with it to provide them with a means to escape.
Unstable Frostfire Shotgun

The Unstable Frostfire Shotgun is easily the best Unstable weapon in Fortnite, currently. This shotgun has high damage, plenty of ammo to take opponents out, and a reward in mobility for hit shots. If players hit an enemy, they will be rewarded with a movement boost or temporarily slow their opponents to stop them from running away. Shotgun hits with the Unstable Frostfire Shotgun are brutal, especially headshots, which will see enemies get knocked down with ease.
Unstable Thunderclap DMR

The DMR is always a solid choice for weaponry, especially when it's a gun that does the same job as an assault rifle and a sniper rifle. While snipers have not featured in Chapter 6 Season 3, the Unstable Thunderclap DMR seems like the next best thing thanks to its scope, decent damage per shot, 1.7x headshot damage multiplier, and, of course, the special effect that makes this exotic weapon an Unstable variant. The Thunderclap DMR has a chance to fire explosive bullets, which deal an additional 40 damage to hit targets, thus making nearly every shot 90+ damage to eradicate enemies from near and far easily.
