There are many The Binding of Isaac fans who also play Fortnite, and the community came together and asked for a collaboration over and over again until Epic Games eventually contacted the developers. This happened months ago, so while gamers knew that sooner or later, they would get their wish, they had no idea when.

- Duke of Flies traversal emote - 500 V-Bucks
- Mom's Knife pickaxe - 500 V-Bucks
In total, players would have to spend 1,600 V-Bucks to get all The Binding of Isaac cosmetics in Fortnite, but thankfully, they can simply purchase the Isaac Unbound Bundle for 1,000 V-Bucks and get a 600 V-Bucks discount.
The Binding of Isaac is a rogue-like action indie game, where players fight their way through various randomly generated dungeons. Players can get Isaac as a back bling in Fortnite, and he will react to their gameplay. If they run, he will run along with them while strapped to their back; if they're downed, he will begin to cry; and if they get a kill, he will cheer them on. The Duke of Flies is a traversal emote to give players the feeling that they're actually riding it. And, Mom's Knife has Isaac's crying reflection on it.
While these cosmetics are relatively cheap, Epic Games put a lot of effort into bringing the right items to Fortnite, and fans of the game are bound to love it.
