The easiest way to defeat Captain Phasma in Fortnite is to take care of her Stormtrooper guards, and then to hide behind the cover made available in the room and shoot her with your Blasters, alternating between them as they overheat. Captain Phasma has around 600 health, so it shouldn't take too long to beat her.
