The Mythic Enhanced Wrecker Revolver & Surge Medallion are rewarded to players who defeat the Queen at The Hive, a POI found in the upper north region of the Battle Royale map. Players will need to enter The Hive POI and begin neutralizing threats by destroying swarm pods and eliminating bugs, as once the center bar has been depleted, the Queen will spawn. Once the Queen has been defeated, she will drop the Surge Medallion, which is easily the best Medallion in Chapter 6 Season 4. The Surge Medallion provides an increase to movement speed and a boost when sliding, meaning players can slide and sprint repeatedly for incredible speed movement.

With the Springleg Medallion, players can leap in midair, effectively allowing them to double jump with the same effects as a Shockwave Grenade to ignore fall damage and enjoy speedy momentum.

After the Bug Queen has been defeated, players can grab the Carapace Medallion, which grants shield regeneration over time, along with 50 health every enemy elimination. This is a great way to siphon health for players who like getting into scraps without bringing healing or backup.

How to Easily Beat the Queen Bug in Fortnite
The Queen has an abundance of health, and players will want to use hard-hitting guns like the O.X.R. Rifle and the Bug Blaster for damage. The Queen's weak spots are its open mouth and its raised neck, allowing for critical damage to proceed. To avoid being killed, remember to battle the Swarmers and Bombers that appear, as leaving them will overwhelm players as they try to juggle so many enemies, including the Queen. It's also advised to keep at a decent distance, as getting too close will see the Queen repeatedly slam into the ground to hide her weak spots, whereas from afar, she will simply spit acid that can be easily avoided.
