A credible leaker, Shiina, announced on Twitter that Fortnite OG 2 would release on November 2. The event was later said to come in three seasons, ending with a Chapter 6 live event on November 30. Shiina revealed in a previous tweet that this OG event will be based on Chapter 2 of Fortnite, which started on October 15, 2019, and ended on December 4, 2021. The chapter was the first time Fortnite added a completely new map, and it also started a trend of Fortnite storyline chapters that would continue until the present day. Shiina also noted that players could expect a Snoop Dogg collaboration on the same day. As these are leaks and not official announcements, fans should take the news with a grain of salt until confirmation is given.
Fortnite OG Chapter 2 Schedule For All Seasons Leaked
All of this content so far follows the Fortnite roadmap leak that spoiled Epic’s plans for the year and, as of now, has been very accurate. The Fortnite OG 2 and Snoop Dogg leaks line up almost exactly with the roadmap. It also included accurate predictions for Billie Eilish, Metallica, and Karol G in the Fortnite Festival game mode. The leak for the Mad Max-themed update for Battle Royale and the new Marvel season featuring Doctor Doom was also correct.
The current season involves Doctor Doom taking down Marvel heroes and displaying their remains on the Fortnite map. The character has a long history in the Marvel universe, with his boss design in Fortnite including his foot dive attack from the Marvel vs. Capcom series. Doctor Doom’s castle contains several Easter eggs referencing different aspects of the Marvel universe, including Mister Fantastic trapped as a human ball and The Thing being made into Doctor Doom’s throne.
