The time for grinding the Battle Pass to acquire the likes of the T-60 Power Armor and Magneto is set to end fairly soon, and with it, comes a brand new and potential Marvel season ripe with incredible collab skins and hopefully a meta that doesn't involve vehicular slaughter. So, when does Chapter 5 Season 3 officially enter downtime, and when can players expect to jump into Chapter 5 Season 4?

Fortnite Battle Royale Chapter 5 Season 3 - Wrecked is set to end on August 15, at 11 PM ET.

Chapter 5 Season 3 has had around 84 days to keep players entertained and tormented in a season all about the importance of vehicles and their modifications. From a set of awesome collabs and interesting weapon choices, players need to prepare to embrace the new season, as Chapter 5 Season 3's downtime will begin around 11 PM ET on August 15, providing hardly any time left to grind those levels, since matchmaking will be disabled shortly before then.

Fortnite Battle Royale Chapter 5 Season 4 is expected to release after a period of downtime that usually lasts 7 to 11 hours, so players should be able to jump into Fortnite's Chapter 5 Season 4 around August 16, at 6 AM - 10 AM ET.

This is speculation based upon previous seasonal downtime, but as expected with all large content updates, players should anticipate the need for a delay whilst Epic Games works out any bugs that might pop up when trying to bring forth the new season.
