How to Beat Daigo in Fortnite

Daigo Location in Fortnite

Daigo can be found at Demon's Domain, the middle south POI on the Battle Royale map. Players can safely land here and locate decent loot in terms of weapons and a Shield so that they can confidently take on Daigo. The area around Demon's Domain has a few hostile henchmen, but players can head to the bottom floor of the central building to find Daigo meditating. Players can initiate the boss fight simply by shooting him.

In order to beat Daigo, players will need to focus their fire on the four stone masks that surround Daigo. Destroying each of these masks will weaken Daigo and stun him, allowing players to open fire on Daigo while he sits on the floor. The best weapons to fight Daigo with are SMGs and the Spire Rifle, as fast damage and lengthy magazines will help take care of him. Try to avoid close-range weapons like Shotguns.

The only attacks players need to look out for with Daigo are a forward dash and a laser, but both are easily dodged and well-timed if players keep their eyes on his attack pattern and use jumps and slides to get out of his way. Daigo does have quite a lot of health, especially with his stone masks, so make sure to bring plenty of ammo and watch out for opposing players.

How to Get the Infernal Defenses Medallion in Fortnite

The Infernal Defenses Medallion drops exclusively from Daigo once he has been defeated. Daigo's Medallion holds great power, as it will allow players to reload far quicker than others, and it will also provide players with passive regeneration of their shields. Shields will regenerate every second, up to 50 Shields. However, like all Medallions, players must be careful when holding the Medallion, as their location is exposed to all other players as long as they have it with them.

The Enhanced Spire Rifle is obtained exclusively from defeating Daigo. The Spire Rifle is a new LMG to Chapter 6 Season 3, and it stands out against the competition for its large magazine size that deals more damage to structures. With the Enhanced Spire Rifle, players will have a weapon with not just great accuracy and controllable recoil, but one that has a far larger ammo magazine than other variants of the Spire Rifle, as well as a faster fire rate to push this weapon over the edge into legendary status.
