Fortnite: All Chapter 6 Season 3 Boons (& How to Find Them)
Boons have returned in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3, each with their own abilities. Here is every Boon along with how to get them.
Where To Find & How To Defeat Kor In Fortnite
Kor is the new face of Shogun's Arena, replacing Shogun X from prior seasons. Shogun's Arena, also commonly referred to as Rift Island, is a point of interest that spawns at a random location after the second safe zone has been revealed and will be marked on the map for players to head to. Once players reach the island, they can enter anyone of the various Rifts beneath it to reach it.
Kor can be found in the center of the largest island as soon as Shogun's Arena appears, with her location also being shown on the minimap for players to track. Unlike Shogun X, battling Kor is relatively straightforward, though she does have some unique perks. These include her ability to teleport to different areas of the map, where she will lock onto the player to deal damage, indicated by a blue laser she uses to track the player.
Kor can also turn invisible, and she can call in reinforcements once her health is low enough. The key to beating her is to aim for headshots to deal critical damage, use cover when she teleports away before returning fire, and manage the reinforcements she summons. Players should also watch out for third parties jumping onto the island, which may happen at any time.
How To Get The Shrouded Striker Medallion & Kor's Deadeye DMR
Once players defeat Kor, she will drop a Chug Jug and two rather lucrative rewards: the Shrouded Striker Medallion and Kor's Deadeye DMR (Mythic). The Shrouded Striker Medallion follows suit with many prior Medallions in Fortnite, offering players a unique ability.
When equipped, players will be able to jump further, faster, and higher, while also becoming almost completely invisible whenever they sprint jump. This does, however, come at the cost of being revealed on the map, with the player's revealed location becoming more precise the more Medallions they carry.
Kor's Deadeye DMR, on the other hand, is a Mythic variant of the regular Deadeye DMR, boasting increased critical damage, making headshots devastatingly rewarding. Here is a quick breakdown of the stats for Kor's Deadeye DMR in Fortnite:
