Summary

  • Dragon Ball skins returned to Fortnite through the Webshop, as Epic Games forgot to add their section to the Item Shop.
  • Players can log in to Epic Games Webshop remotely to purchase Fortnite cosmetics, including Dragon Ball skins.

Dragon Ball skins have returned to Fortnite but can only be obtained through the Webshop, as Epic Games forgot to add their section to the Item Shop page. During the first couple of chapters, the Fortnite Item Shop was relatively small. It featured a couple of skins, pickaxe, emotes, and gliders. Over time, the number of purchasable items in-game grew; players got access to new types of cosmetics, such as packs, jam tracks, wraps, and kicks, and the overall quantity of available skins went up as well. After taking this into consideration, Epic Games decided that it had to increase the size of the Item Shop.

Nowadays, the Item Shop is several tabs long, and it's gotten to the point where players can apply filters to find the type of cosmetics they're looking for among the hundreds of available items. Given Fortnite's gradual increase in popularity, more known names and franchises have also joined the game thanks to collabs, which contributes to the ever-growing shop.

The Dragon Ball cosmetics in Fortnite are some of the most beloved by fans, so it's always an exciting time when they make a return to the Item Shop. They were supposed to become available once the shop refreshed on December 31 at 7 PM ET. However, that was not the case, as gamers were not able to see them at all when looking at the shop. As it turns out, due to an error on Epic Game's part, the Dragon Ball shop section in Fortnite was not set to visible, making it impossible for fans to access them without a link to each cosmetic's Webshop page.

How to Get Dragon Ball Skins in Fortnite

In August 2024, Epic Games made it possible for players to buy Fortnite cosmetics remotely through the official Webshop page. To do so, they only have to log in with their Epic Games account through a web browser and purchase any cosmetic that appeals to them.

Gamers should be able to obtain the Dragon Ball skins the next time the Fortnite Item Shop refreshes in-game.
