There are 6 steps to the Fall of Supernova Academy story quests in Fortnite, and each of them has been completed below so that players know exactly what awaits them in the next step. Fortnite: All Morgan Myst Investigates Quests (Supernova Academy Quests Guide)
Morgan Myst's investigation in Fortnite's Supernova Academy Quests is going to require players to focus on their shooting and their detective work.
Players who have been unable to complete the Morgan Myst Investigates Quests due to the Hit Hero Practice Targets step bug will not be able to get these quests until the previous quests have been fixed and completed.
Stage 1 of 6 - Damage Opponents with a Hired Hero
Deal 250 Damage with a Hired NPC
NPCs can be hired for 800 Gold, and for this step, players simply need to deal damage while they have a hired NPC. They do not need to have the hired NPC damage anyone, and players can do all 250 damage themselves to real players or to Daigo's followers. Listed below is the location of every hireable NPC players can use for this step, but it's a good idea to hire Robin at the Rolling Blossoms Farm, since he is the closest to the Demon's Domain POI, which can be used to eliminate Daigo's minions for an easy completion of the step:

Stage 2 of 6 - Set Up Scanners to Form Warning Perimeter
Find and Interact with 6 Scanners on the Map
The second step requires players to interact with 5 locations to place Scanners. There are a total of 5 Scanners that must be placed around the map, and players can check with the minimap in the top right corner to check the exact location of each, which is marked with a '!'. Stage 3 of 6 - Check in with Morgan Myst
Talk to the Morgan Myst NPC
This step is a simple one, and players just need to venture to Supernova Academy, where they can find Morgan Myst in the north building's basement area. Talk to Morgan Myst and select the check-in dialogue option to pass this step.
Stage 4 of 6 - Retrieve Mementos to Lift the Students' Spirits
Locate and Find All 6 Mementos on the Map
The 4th step of the quest requires players to locate and retrieve 5 mementos. Each of these mementos must be obtained for the step to be complete, and the 5 of them are scattered in static spawns, meaning they will never change location. Here's where to get them all:

Stage 5 of 6 - Collect Spire Remnants at Spire Locations
Collect 3 Spire Remnants on the Map
For this step, players will need to collect Spire Remnants from around the map. While there are 6 locations in total, players only need to venture to 3 of them. Listed below is the location of each Spire Remnant, but the procedure is relatively simple, as Spire Remnants will only spawn where a Spire can spawn. The easiest path for this quest is to take a vehicle from Brutal Boxcars and head south to the Spire Remnant at Burd to Go, then head east to the Open-Air Onsen, close to Utopia City, then finally, head south to the train track just before the Rolling Blossom Farm to get the final Spire Remnant.

Stage 6 of 6 - Use the Spire Remnants to Build a Monument to the Fallen Academy
Return to Supernova Academy and Build a Monument
For the final step of the Fall of Supernova Academy quests, players must return to Supernova Academy. Once players are at this POI, head to the balcony of the north-west building and interact with the holographic item that can be seen as a '!' On the map. Doing so will spawn a monument in the map, and players will have completed the final step in the quest for their last bout of 30,000 XP.
