As players dive into Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4, whether it be through competitive Ranked matches, classic Battle Royale, or the fast-paced action of Reload, everyone will be aiming to climb the ranks and level up to earn rewards across their various passes. There is an archive feature in the Fortnite locker, but how does it work exactly?
All Slurp Geyser Locations in Fortnite
Slurp Geysers are an excellent form of mobility that is pretty widespread across the island. However, it's likely that some players may not run into them all too often, as they are exclusively found within the bug-infested areas of the map. There are currently a total of 20 different Slurp Geysers dotted around the island for Chapter 6 Season 4, with most of them being located within the region spanning from The Hive to Swarmy Stash.
Here is a breakdown of the locations where Slurp Geysers can be found (see image above for reference):
- The Hive
- Swarmy Stash
- Ranger's Ruin
- Dystopia City
- Demon's Debris
How to Gain Shields Using Slurp Geysers in Fortnite
Slurp Geysers are fairly easy to spot from a distance, so keep an eye out when searching for one. Finding them is essential for those looking to complete the “gain shields using Slurp Geysers” weekly quest, which requires players to gain a total of 100 shield from a Slurp Geyser. To do this, players will need to wait for the Geyser to activate, as that is the only time it provides shield.
A Slurp Geyser activates periodically, and if players are standing in the center when it does, they will be launched into the air while also receiving health or shield depending on their current health bar. Each activation heals for 30, meaning players will need to use a Geyser four times with full health to reach 100 shield.
After gaining 100 shield with a Slurp Geyser, players will complete the Week 4 Quest and earn 20,000 XP, a nice boost towards the Battle Pass.
