There is no doubt that Midas is one of the best characters that Fortnite has ever created, and his lore runs quite deep. Although in Fortnite Jules is Midas's only confirmed daughter, Marigold is his daughter in Greek mythology, so the two are likely related in-game as well - especially considering that Midas is the reason Marigold turned to gold in myth.
Fortnite: All Midas Skins, Ranked
There are seven Midas skins in Fortnite, and this list ranks them from worst to best.
While Jules is no longer obtainable, as she was part of the Chapter 2 Season 3 Battle Pass, Marigold still comes around to the Item Shop from time to time. This guide shows gamers how they can acquire Marigold in Fortnite.
How to Get Marigold in Fortnite
Marigold is obtainable through the Item Shop, as part of a V-Bucks quest pack. To get Marigold in Fortnite, players will have to purchase the Golden Touch Quest Pack for $13.79. It can be found in the Special Offers & Bundles section of the Item Shop.
The Marigold isn't the only goodie in the Golden Touch Quest Pack; gamers will receive various Golden Touch-themed items, such as a loading screen, a pickaxe, and a back bling. On top of this, they will also gain access to the Golden Touch Quests, which can be completed for a total of 1,500 V-Bucks. Here is everything gamers can obtain from the Golden Tocuh Quest Pack in Fortnite:
- Marigold skin
- Marigold LEGO Style
- Phantom Code alternative style for Marigold
- Golden Gambit back bling
- Golden Daggers pickaxe
- The Golden Hour loading screen
Just like Midas, every weapon Marigold touches turns to gold. On top of this, she also has a reactive style, and as players get eliminations with skin-equipped, she will gradually become fully golden.
Marigold will be available until October 22 at 8 PM ET, so gamers have quite a lot of time to decide if the pack is worth it for them.
How to Complete the Golden Touch Quest Pack in Fortnite
Players will unlock the Golden Touch Quests in Fortnite when they purchase the quest pack. They can then start working towards them to get their hands on the last reward in the pack: the 1,500 V-Bucks. Here are the quests players will receive with the Golden Touch Quest Pack:
