Fortnite is a game that's constantly in a state of modification. The game may be out of early access, but it still gets regularly updated; not only to ensure that everything is up and running perfectly but also to keep content constantly flowing in to keep its fans happy and entertained.
The v23.50 update unvaulted to classic Fortnite weapons, the Six Shooter and the Infantry Rifle. Players will naturally want to find these weapons either to try them out for the very first time or to see how they feel after being vaulted for so long - this article will explain exactly how to get these weapons.
How To Find The Infantry Rifle
The Infantry Rifle isn't exactly rare - it can be found in all the standard available rarities, but it's most frequently encountered as a Common rarity weapon. To find the Infantry Rifle players will have to search floor loot and chest loot. There are quite a few Assault Rifle options in Fortnite at the moment, so it might not be as easy to locate as it was in previous seasons.
The Infantry Rifle has a smaller magazine size compared to other Rifles, but thankfully it's very accurate and deals massive damage - depending on rarity, it can deal between 36 and 44 base damage. Even though it's not a spray weapon, and it won't shoot as fast, it's worth it each time the player lands a shot.
How To Find The Six Shooter
At last, it's the Six Shooter's time to shine. Pistols are top-tier this season, and with the right Reality Augments activated, the Six Shooter can be powerfully overpowered. To find the Six Shooter players have to search floor loot and standard chests. This weapon has a great fire rate when hip-fired. It can be found as a Common, Rare, or Epic rarity weapon, and it deals between 34 and 38 base damage. Unfortunately, when aiming down sights, even though it's more accurate, it's definitely slower.
Since it's got a small magazine size of only six bullets, the Last Shots Reality Augment is perfect for the Six Shooter. This Augment makes it, so a pistol's last two shots deal 50 percent more; this means a third of the ammo shot by the weapon would get a damage boost. Paired with the Light Fingers Augment, which makes reloading 25 faster for all light ammo weapons, it would be nearly unstoppable when hip-fired.
Fortnite is available for mobile, PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
