Wednesday Addams and Jason are joining the roster of skins in Fortnite this Halloween for the annual Fortnitemares event. Jason is expected to released in the Item Shop on October 17, and Wednesday, was initially expected to released on October 22 - a Wednesday - but it seems that this willnot be the case; the Wednesday Addams Cup has been announced for October 23, and skins tend to release in the Item Shop after they're given away in cups.

To get the Wednesday Addams and Jason skins early, players have to participate in the Haunted Cups, which give players the opportunity to unlock Fortnitemares collab cosmetics for free.

Only the top players in each region will receive Wednesday Addams and Jason but gamers can get a freebie simply for entering the competition and collecting a few points. Players can get the "TGIF" and "Grave Wednesday" sprays for free by scoring 8 Points in the Wednesday Addams Cup and the Jason Cup. Here is how many players will receive the Wednesday Addams and Jason skins for free per region:

Jason & Wednesday Addams Cup Start Date and Rules

The Jason Cup will take place on Thursday, October 16, and the Wednesday Addams Cup is scheduled for the following Thursday, October 23. The exact time of each tournament depends on the players' region but they can check these details by visiting the in-game Compete tab in Fortnite.

Both cups will take place in Fortnite's Reload game mode and will be available for teams of two players.
