As soon as players jump out of the Battle Bus in Fortnite, they will want to locate some chests and start gathering loot so they can create their ideal loadout and get a Victory Royale. Most players' preferred loadout is a balanced mix of weapons and utility items, namely healing items.
Fortnite: Chapter 6 Season 2 Medallion Locations
Players can acquire unique abilities in Fortnite if they find these powerful Medallons - here's where they're located.
There are various healing items in Fortnite, but the Chug Jug is arguably the most valuable one a player can have in their inventory. This guide will help players get their hands on a Chug Jug and show them how to use it.
How to Get a Chug Jug in Fortnite
Like most loot in Fortnite, players can get the Chug Jug as floor loot or from chest containers. However, there are other ways that gamers can increase their chances of finding a Chug Jug:
- Eliminate the Alpha Grunt at a Forecast Tower
- Eliminate Shogun X
- Bring a Sprite to a Shrine
- Open the Armored Truck
How the Chug Jug Works in Fortnite
The Chug Jug can heal players up to 200 HP, as it regenerates both health and shields. Once players have it in their inventory, they can select it, and it'll take two seconds for their character to start consuming it. Then, it'll heal the user by 10 HP about every half a second.
The Chug Jug can be used several times. Once it reaches 0 HP and is fully depleted, it will disappear from the player's inventory.
Regardless of the player's initial health when they start consuming it, it will always reduce the Chug Jug's capacity by 10 HP.
