On March 28, even more Mortal Kombat cosmetics will be added to Fortnite, this time around via the Item Shop. To celebrate this, there will be a Mortal Kombat-themed Twitch Drop event that will give players the change to their hands on more gaming items.

As players watch Twitch livestreams during the event, they will be able to unlock items.The Mortal Kombat event in Fortnite includes five items that can be obtained for free:

  • Raiden Lightning Bolt wrap

  • Kitana Fan Swipe wrap
  • Lil' Armored Truck emote

To get Twitch Drops items in Fortnite, players must connect their Twitch account to their Epic Games account, which can be done from either the Epic Games or the Twitch website. Then, they must enter the page of any streamer playing Fortnite and progress will start to count towards quest completion.

It can take a few days for the items to show up in the player's inventory, so if gamers don't see them away, they shouldn't worry too much.
