However, this was not the case. To obtain Odyssey in Fortnite, players have to purchase it in the Item Shop for a total of 1,500 V-Bucks.

Odyssey is part of the Ageless Odysset set, and fans who would like to own the complete set will have to acquire the Blade of Ages harvesting tool, which costs 800 V-Bucks.

Even though leakers didn't get it right when it came to Odyssey being available through Ranked Quests, she is still connected to the user's rank, and that is what sets her apart from other skins in the game. The color of the metal on Odyssey's armor will change according to the player's rank in Ranked Battle Royale modes.

To change Odyssey's armor color in Fortnite, gamers have to reach a different rank in Ranked Mode. However, this won't unlock any selectable styles. Odyssey is a reactive skin, so the armor's color will always match the player's rank; there is no way to choose the color that you prefer before entering a match.
