It has been months since rumors that Fall Guys would be coming to Fortnite started going around the community. When update v30.30 dropped on July 23, it finally set things in motion with the addition of Fall Guys obstacle assets as well as bean versions of many Fortnite cosmetics. Then, it officially happened with the next patch and Fall Guys islands were made available to the public.

Updated on August 6, 2024, by Ashely Claudino: Update v30.30 made it possible for Fortnite Island Creators to start planning their Fall Guys islands in Fortnite, but it was only with patch v30.40, released on August 6, 2024, that it became possible to publish them and share them with the rest of the world. This guide has been updated and now contains information on how to play Fall Guys in Fortnite Creative outside of template samples.
While a Fall Guys mini-game has been added to Fortnite Battle Royale alongside the Where We Fallin' Quests, this is only a temporary addition to introduce players to this Creative game mode. The floating Fall Guys island and the themed quests will be removed once Chapter 5 Season 3 comes to an end.
How to Play Fall Guys in Fortnite
Gamers can play Fall Guys in Fortnite through Creative mode. To find Fall Guys maps and courses in Fortnite, players have to scroll down while in the Play tab until they find the "Fall Guys Islands" section.
Since we're still in the early stages of implementing Fall Guys, the Discover tab still doesn't have a "Fall Guys Islands" filter, but it will likely be added once more creators publish their islands.

How to Create a Fall Guys Creative Island
Fall Guys tools are available in Fortnite Creative and UEFN. To create a Fall Guys island in Fortnite, start a new project in UEFN or Fortnite Creative and choose a Fall Guys starter template. There are various assets available so creators can test out all sorts of courses. Fall Guys Islands work just like any other Creative Island, so users can publish through the Creator Portal as they would with any of their creations.
