Fortnite's Battle Royale game mode is currently set in Springfield due to the mash-up event with The Simpsons. Until the end of November, players are able to visit some of the most iconic locations from The Simpsons in their favorite Battle Royale game.
Fortnite: How to Complete a Lost and Found Quest
Lost and Found Quests are repeatable side missions in Fortnite's Simpsons season that allow for XP, and here's how to do them.
Many of the weekly quests are also Simpsons-themed, so players will have to go around town and find the right locations in order to complete them. As part of this week's Fortnite quests, players are tasked with finding tomatoes and traveling 500 meters under their effect - this guide will show them how they can do this.
Where to Find Tomatoes in Fortnite
Cletus is Springfield's number one tomato farmer. Therefore, if players want to find tomatoes in Fortnite, they'll have to head to Cletus' Corn Hole, located in the top left corner of the map. The tomato plants will break if players hit them with their pickaxe, but they will not drop tomatoes. Therefore, to gather tomatoes, gamers will have to interact with the baskets on the ground, which can be found between the crops.
How to Travel Distance Under the Effect of Tomatoes in Fortnite
As part of Fortnite's Weekly Quests, players are tasked with traveling 500 meters under the effect of tomatoes. Players might've noticed that Cletus's tomato crops look quite radioactive, and now they're glowing purple! All you need to do for this quest is head to Cletus' Corn Hole and interact with the buckets that say "Gather Tomatoes (???)" This will give you 3 Tomato (???) For your inventory. You can now throw the Tomato just like a Chug Splash, and upon doing so, you will receive a Low Gravity effect. To effectively travel a long distance under the effect of Tomatoes, you should sprint and jump while under these effects.
