How to Unlock the Skull Scout Skin

The Skull Scout skin is part of the December 2023 Fortnite Crew, so in order to get it, players must subscribe to the Fortnite Crew Pack before December 31 at 7 PM ET. Skull Scout will become unavailable after this time, as this is when the January Crew Pack will be released.

Just like Battle Pass skins, Fortnite Crew skins are exclusive to the time of their release and cannot returnto the game in the future. This means that gamers who really want to acquire Skull Scout must act before the end of the month.

How the Grim Reconning's Legacy Set Works

Fortnite Legacy Sets are gradually unlocked, which means that gamers can only proceed to the next stage of the set if they subscribe to the Crew Pack for an additional month.

The Grim Reconning's Legacy Set has a total of six stages, so fans must subscribe to the Fortnite Crew Pack for a total of six months in order to unlock all of its rewards. Thankfully, this doesn't have to be done consecutively, so players can cancel their Crew Pack subscription at any time and continue their progress whenever they please. Here are all the Grim Reconning's Legacy Set rewards:

Stage 1:
- Skull Scout skin
- Expert's Bonebag back bling
- Reconner's Reckoning harvesting tool
Stage 2:
- Elysian Legacy alternative style for the Skull Scout skin
Stage 3:
- Auric Legacy alternative style for the Skull Scout skin
Stage 4:
- Phase Legacy alternative style for the Skull Scout skin
Stage 5:
- Rimebound Legacy alternative style for the Skull Scout skin
Stage 6:
- Cosmic Legacy alternative style for the Skull Scout skin

Players who renew their Fortnite Crew subscription monthly will be the first ones to get the Cosmic Legacy style for Skull Scout; the earliest that this can only be accomplished is on April 30, 2024, at 7 PM ET. There is no time limit to complete Legacy Sets, so as long as fans unlock it, they'll have as much time as they need to complete it.
