A popular Fortnite leaker has revealed that Epic Games' battle royale could be crossing over with the hit indie title The Binding of Isaac in the near future. Fortnite is currently in the middle of Chapter 6 Season 4, which features a major collaboration with the television show Mighty Morphin Power Rangers in both the battle pass and the Item Shop.
The Binding of Isaac is a popular indie game that originally released on September 28, 2011 for PC. Since then, it has been ported to numerous platforms with a wide variety of content updates to both expand and improve the player experience. As Isaac, the players explore a procedurally generated dungeon while fighting off monsters and collecting power-ups. Throughout their journey, gamers face off against numerous bosses, including Isaac's own mother. As an action-adventure roguelike, if Isaac is defeated, the player must start a whole new run in the hopes of reaching and defeating the final boss.
The Binding of Isaac Is Coming to Fortnite’s Item Shop
In a recent post on Twitter, the prominent leaker ShiinaBR stated that Fortnite will soon be crossing over with the hit indie title The Binding of Isaac. According to ShiinaBR, fans can expect to see multiple cosmetics come to Fortnite's Item Shop in the near future. It seems as if the crossover cosmetics will be available individually or as a bundle. From what was leaked, gamers can expect to see a back bling of Isaac, an emote, and a pickaxe. ShiinaBR also claimed that the back bling of Isaac is reactive and will cry when the player takes damage. Isaac will also get excited when opening a chest.
It seems as if the popular battle royale's most recent update was full of surprises, as ShiinaBR shared that cosmetics related to the show Peacemaker are also in Fortnite's files. From what was leaked, it seems as if players can look forward to getting their hands on a new skin, back bling, pickaxe, emote, and wrap. While there's no way of knowing if or when leaked cosmetics will come to the game, their presence in the files usually means they'll be released in the near future.
Leakers have also claimed that Fortnite could be on the verge of a major crossover with The Simpsons, as rumors have been circulating about a mini-season connected to the show. This would likely function similarly to the mini-season crossover with Star Wars that took place during May 2025. Some leakers have even claimed that the mini-season will come with a whole new map featuring iconic locations from The Simpsons. As with all leaks, this information should be taken with a grain of salt, as developers can change their plans at any moment. With so much content to enjoy and even more just around the corner, many fans are feeling optimistic about the future of Fortnite.
