Summary
- Epic Games and Disney partnered for the biggest Star Wars collab in Fortnite, including a revamped Battle Royale, new mini-Battle Passes, and a special Creative Island.
- Leaks suggest the possibility of two Jar Jar Binks skins, exciting fans.
- It is still unknown when these skins could be added to the game.
Epic Games had already confirmed that Jar Jar Binks would receive his own skin in Fortnite, but leaks indicate that there might be even more Jar Jar cosmetics than initially thought. In 2025, Epic Games and Disney came together to give players the biggest Star Wars collab that had ever been seen in Fortnite. Not only did gamers get Battle Royale and LEGO Fortnite passes and themed gameplay experiences, but they were also able to witness a worldwide premiere of Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld on a special Creative Island.
Epic Games hosted the first official collab mini-Battle Pass in Fortnite and went all out with revamping Battle Royale to fit the theme. Until June 7, players can visit several Star Wars-named locations and characters all over the island, and they will not find a single weapon that isn't inspired by its iconic universe. While there were already a significant number of Star Wars skins in Fortnite, it only grew with the release of this collab, and there is still more to come.
Fortnite: All Star Wars Skins
Star Wars x Fortnite has seen many iconic characters from the galaxy far, far away come to the famous Battle Royale.
When Epic revealed the trailer for the Galactic Battle season in Fortnite, Darth Jar Jar Binks, an evil version of Jar Jar Binks based on a popular fan theory, was one of its main focuses. Even though Darth Jar Jar is featured in the trailer and the game's seasonal image, the skin has yet to be released, but according to leakers who have dug into the game files, it seems that it won't be the only Jar Jar Binks skin to make it into Fortnite; files on the LEGO Fortnite style make it clear that two skins have this unique eye shape, and considering how peculiar Jar Jar's appearance is, it isn't a farfetched thought at all.
When to Expect the Jar Jar Binks Skins in Fortnite
- Between May 15 and June 7
It is currently unknown when and how gamers will be able to acquire any of the Jar Jar Binks cosmetics coming to Fortnite. However, an update is scheduled to be released on Thursday, May 15, so players can expect to read more news and check out leaks on this matter then.
Fans have been quietly awaiting news on the release of the Darth Jar Jar skin, so it would definitely be a pleasant surprise if they were able to get their hands on two skins based on this character. For now, very little is known about when gamers can expect to see Jar Jar Binks in-game, but it's almost certain that it'll happen before the end of Galactic Battle in Fortnite.
