Summary
- A Fortnite leaker predicts a Star Wars event will happen on June 7 at 3 PM ET, likely involving Death Star sabotage.
- Players are advised to complete as many quests for XP before the Galactic Battle season ends.
- Leaked info suggests a possible return of the Zero Point mechanic in Fortnite after the Star Wars event.
After analyzing quest information in the game files, a Fortnite leaker has determined a time window for the Star Wars live event rumored to take place near the end of the season. Even though many players are thoroughly enjoying it, Galactic Battle, the Star Wars-themed season taking place in Fortnite, is only live for about a third of the time compared to a standard season, meaning it'll soon be coming to an end.
Gamers have to play and complete as many quests as they can to earn as much XP as possible in Fortnite before June 7 rolls around and Galactic Battle ends in order to make way for Chapter 6 Season 3. The Story Quests in Fortnite Galactic Battle have been quite cryptic, so it's hard to understand where the story is going right now and how it'll connect to the rest of the in-game lore. So far, it seems that Princess Leia has discovered information on why the Empire has its troops on the island, and other characters are training players, probably to get them ready for the big finale.
Fortnite Leak Reveals Chapter 6 Season 3 Gameplay Mechanic
A prominent Fortnite leaker shares details about a new mechanic that could be coming to Chapter 6 Season 3 of Epic Games' popular battle royale.
Chapter 6 Season 2 leaks had already revealed that players would experience a Star Wars live event at some point during Galactic Battle, and it would most likely have them sabotage the Death Star. At first, fans thought this would take place at the start of the season, and they were quite confused when it didn't happen, but they kept on waiting to learn more about it. FNAssist, one of the various known Fortnite leakers, analyzed the dates and times on several quests and concluded that the Death Star sabotage event should take place on June 7 at around 3 PM ET.
Fortnite Star Wars Live Event Rumored Start Date and Time
FNAssist looked into files and discovered that the end date of the recently announced Party Up Celestial Strike event quests was scheduled for June 7 at 2:30 PM, which is what led them to believe that half an hour later, gamers could expect to experience the live event. None of this information is confirmed at the moment, but it is an interesting theory.
The rumored time for the event would explain why Epic Games moved up the end time of Fortnite Galactic Battle. Regardless, if this is the case, Epic Games will surely notify players so they can keep an eye out for this time and date, as many want to remain updated with the game's current storyline. The community believes that after the event, the Zero Point will come back into play in Fortnite. Loolo_WRLD and Wesoing, Fortnite dataminers, revealed Zero Point shards will appear on the ground, and this will be a mechanic available in Chapter 6 Season 3.
