Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3 is shaping up to be a massive entry, featuring a superhero theme and tons of content to dive into. Whether it’s securing powerful Hero Items like the Bass Boos t or taking on formidable bosses, there’s no shortage of action this season.
In addition to unique gameplay features, players can also look forward to a variety of rewards. How To Link Epic Games & Twitch Accounts
Before players start heading to Twitch to claim their free Twitch Drop rewards, they’ll first need to link their Twitch account to their Epic Games account. While regular Twitch viewers may already have this set up, here’s a quick rundown for those new to claiming Fortnite Twitch Rewards:
- Head over to the Fortnite website and sign in.
- Click on the account icon in the top right corner and select Connect Accounts.
- Under Linked Accounts, locate the Twitch icon and click Link.
- Sign in to your Twitch account and follow the on-screen instructions.
Linking both Twitch and Epic Games accounts ensures that players will receive their Twitch Drops items, and once done, players can move on to the next step.
How To Get Free Fortnite Super Twitch Drops Items
There are two items that players can claim as Fortnite Super Twitch Drops, both of which are viewership rewards. To earn both the Neon Retropack Back Bling and the Neon Nightblade Pickaxe, players need to tune into Fortnite Twitch streams. This can be done by heading to the Fortnite category on Twitch and joining any live stream with Twitch Drops enabled. Then, simply watch for the required amount of time for each reward:
- Neon Retropack Back Bling: Watch eligible Fortnite livestreams for 30 minutes
- Neon Nightblade Pickaxe: Watch eligible Fortnite livestreams for 1 hour
Once players have watched for the required time, they can visit their Twitch Drops Inventory to claim the rewards. After claiming them, both the Neon Retropack Back Bling and the Neon Nightblade Pickaxe should appear in Fortnite automatically right away, though in some cases, it may take up to 14 days.
Both the Neon Retropack Back Bling and the Neon Nightblade Pickaxe are only available for a limited time, and can be claimed for free as Twitch Drops until Sunday, June 15 at 11:59 PM ET. After that date, they may return inside the Item Shop.
