A notable leaker has revealed that The Boys could be making an appearance in Fortnite. This news follows the announcement that the fourth season of The Boys will soon be available on Amazon Prime. Currently, Fortnite has had collaborations with Fallout, Marvel, and Lethal Company in its current season, with more expected to be on the way.

Fortnite is well known for its crossovers with major IPs. Epic Games has recently received criticism for its latest inclusion of a new Ariana Grande skin in Fortnite, as fans have voiced that the skin seems uninspired and looks like a variant of the first skin that arrived in Chapter 2 Season 7. However, there has been praise for more recent skin collaborations like the Lethal Company set, which includes a character skin, a pickaxe, a back bling, and an emote.

Nick Baker, a credible leaker who previously predicted Magneto coming to Fortnite, announced that a collaboration with The Boys is in the works. Baker revealed the information on June 2 during the XboxEra Podcast and went on to note that the collaboration may not come for up to three years. Baker stated that Epic doesn’t care much for lining collaborations up with outside events, such as The Boys' season four premiere coming June 13. The Boys was recently listed on a survey sent to players that included a list of possible crossovers that could come to Fortnite, adding some validity to the claim. The list also included other properties like Breaking Bad, Doctor Who, Dark Souls, and more. There has been no official word as to when the next collaboration could happen or with whom.

The Boys Collaboration in Fortnite May Not Come for a Few Years

The Boys already have some collaborations with other video games, such as Homelander coming to Mortal Kombat 1. Homelander is set to release in early access on June 4 for players who bought the full Kombat Pack and will be purchasable for others on June 11. Mortal Kombat has become known for including other IPs in recent titles, such as the DC universe and The Terminator. Its collaborations have mainly come from Warner Brothers-owned properties, as the developer, Netherealm Studios, is owned by WB Games.

Epic Games recently unvaulted the Boogie Bomb to help players deal with vehicles that have become a problem in Fortnite. This will cause players to stop what they are doing and dance if they are hit with the disco ball-shaped grenade. The current season is set to end on August 16 as servers go down for maintenance at 2 AM ET.
