What Is Included in the Deluxe Edition of Frostpunk 2

While the Deluxe Edition doesn’t include any crucial or game-changing items, it does offer content that many loyal fans might appreciate. Players who purchase the Frostpunk 2 Deluxe Edition will receive the following:

  • Base Game
  • 3 Paid DLCs (Released Post-Launch)
  • 10% Discount (for purchases made before September 20, 1:00 PM EDT)
  • Three-Day Early Access to the game
  • Exclusive In-game Item (Captain’s Hall skin, which changes the Council Hall aesthetic to resemble the old days)

Claiming Deluxe Edition Content of Frostpunk 2

When downloading Frostpunk 2, ensure that the Digital Artbook and Warm Flesh Novella options are selected in the DLC tab. To access these items, navigate to the game directory, where you'll find both the Digital Artbook and the novella.

To access the soundtrack, you’ll first need to download it from Steam. In your Steam Library, search for Frostpunk 2 and download its soundtrack. Once downloaded, head to the designated folder and enjoy the incredible music composed by Piotr Musiał. All 22 tracks are available in MP3, WAV, and FLAC formats.

Lastly, to use the Captain’s Hall in-game item, make sure it’s selected in the DLC tab when you download the game. Then, go to the settings menu and open the General Tab. At the bottom, you’ll find the option to change the Council Appearance from Default to Deluxe Edition. Make sure to click on the Accept button at the bottom right.

This will give your in-game council a new look. Keep in mind that this setting can only be changed from the Main Menu — it cannot be adjusted mid-game.

At this time, the Captain’s Hall is the only Deluxe Edition content accessible in-game. As mentioned earlier, the three DLCs will be released later.
