Rokimoto Announces Peanuts Collaboration
One of the highlights from the upcoming Anime Expo 2025 launch is a Peanuts collaboration, featuring limited-edition Snoopy figures sold in ramen-style blind boxes. The line will include Snoopy (1/4), Beagle (1/4), Joe Cool (1/6), Flying Ace (1/6), Space (1/12), and Woodstock (1/12) vinyl figures. Two rare variants have also been confirmed: a "super slurprise" transparent red version of Joe Cool (1/48) and a "super duper slurprise" transparent blue take on Space (1/96). Both should infuse the lineup with some extra collector appeal.
Funmaker co-founder and head of business strategy, Dave Bere, labeled the Peanuts collaboration as a "dream come true," citing the comic strip’s widespread popularity in Japan as a natural fit for the Rokimoto brand. "Peanuts is massively popular in Japan, and it’s a real privilege to celebrate the spirit and beauty of the culture in a way that feels fresh, imaginative, and most of all, fun," the executive said in a prepared statement. Funmaker has yet to confirm the pricing details for the newly unveiled products.
